Your request has been blocked for security reasons.

Access to RISS may also be restricted for activities that violate the RISS Terms of Service.

Request to Restore Access

If you are a researcher located outside South Korea and need access to RISS for academic or research purposes, you may request a review of the restriction.

Please provide the following information by email(rissadm@riss.kr)

• Institution Name: Name of your university or research institution
• Public IP Address: Your institution's public IP address
• Purpose of Access: A brief description of your research purpose

How to Find Your Public IP Address

1. Connect to the internet through your university or research institution's network.
2. Visit https://ipinfo.io/what-is-my-ip.
3. Copy the displayed public IPv4 address and include it in your email.

Note: If you are unsure of your institution's public IP address, please contact your institution's network administrator.

Important Notes

• Access restrictions may be lifted after verification of your institutional public IP address and review of your request.
• IP-based unblocking is not available for mobile networks (4G/5G) or mobile IP addresses that change frequently.
• Residential internet connections may also use dynamically assigned IP addresses and may therefore be ineligible for IP-based unblocking.
• Please use a stable institutional network when requesting access restoration.
